Which style should I choose?
Fitted shorts and bib styles include padding. Ridge Trail Shorts and Drift Trail Pants are unpadded outer layers. Circuit Liner Shorts are designed to wear beneath an outer layer. Check each product page for details.
How do I choose my size?
Use the waist and hip measurements on the product size guide. All styles use adult unisex XS–XXL sizing. Compare both measurements and consider the fit described on the product page.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not supported.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all supported orders. We offer one shipping method. Checkout tax is $0; this does not mean products are legally tax-exempt.
When will my order arrive?
Handling is 1–2 business days and transit is 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total time is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start. Our cutoff is 7:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00. After-cutoff, weekend and US federal holiday orders begin processing the next business day. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Can I return an item?
Request authorization within 30 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason. Ordinary returns must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging. Our authorized return address is Via Prinella 6/6, 44123 Ferrara FE, Italy.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for company errors, damaged or defective items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays. There is no restocking fee. Necessary unpacking or inspection to identify a fault does not itself disqualify a claim.
When is a refund issued?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 days.
How should I wash my cycling pants?
Follow the care instructions for your style. Mesh bibs need additional care around straps; trail layers should be washed with zips closed. Avoid fabric softener, bleach and tumble drying.
